Winter Market

🎄 Winter Market in the Flybridge!! ❄️

Join us for a festive Winter Market on December 7 from 1–5pm in the Flybridge! We’ll be featuring five fantastic vendors, each bringing something unique to the event.

Featured Vendor Profiles:

Retreat Design

I am a folk artist who turns vintage linens, time worn textiles, and forgotten materials into charming primitive goods with a sprinkle of storybook whimsy.   I am locally known for my lively rug hooking, where loops of wool become playful patterns,  cozy creatures, and nostalgic scenes.   With a love for all things weathered and wonderfully imperfect, I transform forgotten fabrics into fresh treasures - handmade pieces that feel warm, familiar,  and just a little bit magical.

Troemner Farm

Troemner Farm is a small regenerative farm in Atlantic Mine, crafting artisan foods and growing vegetables and herbs for our Keweenaw community. They use only the highest quality local and organic ingredients in their cooking, as well as inputs in their garden. They will be bringing their sourdough bread, pfeffernusse cookies, spiced nuts, broth, and harissa to the Mini-Market.

Pamations Art

Pamations Art was introduced to the world in 1995 and has bloomed into multi-media art.

At this show, they will be featuring acrylic pour paintings, acrylic northern lights designs, metal art paintings, along with some alcohol ink designs on canvas, driftwood, wooden slabs, and metal.

Sandy VanPatten

My name is Sandy VanPatten. I live in Lake Linden, a small town in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. I have been working in arts and crafts, in one form or another, for the majority of my life. I'm self-taught in most of the things I do. I work primarily in fiber, but I do veer off of that track occasionally because there are so many different arts/crafts to experiment with and learn. But, I always return to fiber!  I taught myself broom making quite a few years ago and I feel I'll stay with it for many more years. I'm always adding and changing techniques to make my brooms "functional pieces of Art".

Mineral Spirit Jewelry

All of my work is unique and handmade by me with intention and love. My goal is to provide high-quality affordable future heirlooms with a streak of sass and a lot of heart. I use recycled materials in my metalwork and began seeking eco-friendly materials and processes when I became serious about jewelry making 20+ years ago. All of the precious and semi-precious metal I use comes from existing sources, is never newly mined, and is "green" certified. I make transformational custom jewelry which allows my clients to express themselves by wearing their words, truths, and possibilities made tangible. To date, I've sent more than 7,500 unique Memorial, Bridal, and Everyday pieces all over the world. As I continue to be devoted to my path as a stone and metal worker, I feel fortunate to do this work that feels good and benefits my family & community and to contribute to the world in the best way I can. I am a member in good standing of Michigan Silversmith Guild, MJSA, Metalsmith Society, and MSA.

Mineral Spirit Jewelry is a one-woman company. All the collections are built by hand in my home studio in Michigan. All pieces are made with love and attention to detail from precious metals and semi precious stones. All the metal used is certified recycled/reclaimed 12k gold, sterling and fine silver, copper, and brass. Custom sizing, pieces, and workshops available upon request.

Hook, Yarn, & Singer

Molly Wallen of Hook, Yarn, & Singer is a professional musician and began crocheting as a way to make time in the car more bearable while on tour. Now that she sticks closer to home, it’s become a more intentional creative process with the ultimate goal of bringing joy to others through color and whimsy.

Weyward Teas

Weyward Teas is a queer-owned, witchy tea brand rooted in Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula. Founded by Jess, your friendly neighborhood tea witch, each loose-leaf creation is crafted by blending magical intention with flavor and color. From the best-selling heart-softening herbal blend "Moon Mother", to the money-based green tea "Lady Fortuna", every recipe is built around ritual, storytelling, and ethically sourced ingredients. Weyward Teas prioritizes sustainability and community connection, hoping above all to provide people a way to weave a little everyday magic into their lives.
