Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellation requests emailed at least 24 hours before 10 AM on the event date. Cancellations made the same day or less than 24 hours before 10 AM may receive a partial refund of up to 50% to cover materials and venue reservation fees. In the event of an emergency on the part of the host facility or instructor, all registered guests will be notified by email and fully refunded.
